Our vision provides the free admission to LUME PlannER of public bodies, which will be provided with a tool for incentivizing local and international tourism. Regarding sites, events and services belonging to the private sector, the protocol is being designed. The project team is currently developing a number of solutions through co-design work sessions involving users and local stakeholders. Aim of this approach is to start an inclusive process of sustainable development as well as to implement a service that best suits the end-users needs. Anyone can participate in the platform development, by completing a short online survey focused on sustainable tourism. LUME PlannER adopts a participatory approach aiming at including the whole set of subjects connected to cultural tourism industry. The success of the project depends on an adequate knowledge and understanding of tourists, visitors and travelers’ requirements, needs and habits.
